"Strong Bones" Exercise Class

CGH Medical Center's Community Services Department and the CGH Health Foundation are pleased to announce that the next "Strong Bones" class will start in Sterling beginning September 9.

"Strong Bones" is an 8 week exercise class designed for women who would like to improve their bone strength, balance, and flexibility. The class was developed by award winning researcher Dr. Miriam Nelson of the Tufts University School of Nutrition and Physical Science. Dr. Nelson is also the author of several best-selling books on the subject of strength training.

The class will meet on Mondays and Wednesdays at 5:00 p.m. The fee for the class is $15.00. Pre-registration by September 1, is required and class size is limited. Call 815.625.0400, ext. 5716 for more information.
