Pfizer Vaccine for ages 12 and older Now Available at the CGH Main Clinic

Starting Wednesday, January 12, Pfizer vaccines (primary 1st & 2nd doses and boosters) for individuals age 12 and older are available at the CGH Main Clinic, 101 E. Miller Road, Sterling. Moderna and Johnson & Johnson for individuals 18 and older are also available. Walk-ins are welcome or appointments can be made by calling (815) 632-5298. The vaccine clinic is open Monday through Thursday, 8 am-5 pm and Friday 8 am-2 pm.
For pediatric patients age 5 to 11 years old, we continue to offer the Pfizer vaccine. The pediatric vaccine clinic is open on Friday afternoons from 1:30-5 pm at the CGH Main Clinic. Appointments are required for the pediatric vaccine clinic and can be made by calling (815) 632-5298.
