Proudest Achievement: My children, assisting victims of domestic violence when I was a legal advocate at the YWCA, and this award.

Kerri is truly the perfect fit to work with the practitioners and assist them with record completion. She is persistent, but respectful in her approach. She recognizes it is a team effort with good clinical staff contacts who respond and keep her informed of the physicians. We often have positive comments about how she works with staff.
