"Cherish comes to work everyday with such a positive attitude. She always has a smile on her face. Even on the busiest days, she jumps at the opportunity to help her teammates to ensure that their day goes as positively as it can. Her attitude is contagious and it is easy to work beside her. It is a frequent occurrence to walk in a room and have the patient tell you how much they just love her. In our eyes, she tips the scale in all the areas of standards of behavior. She is a great example of how we would like the community to envision our employees here at CGH."
