CGH to Showcase the All-New Dixon Rehab Services Clinic During Upcoming Open House

CGH Medical Center continues to expand services to benefit our community and surrounding areas. Located at 1319 N. Galena Avenue (next to the current CGH Dixon Medical Center), CGH now offers physical and occupational therapy services to the Dixon area, along with convenient access to CGH’s speech and pediatric therapy services now offered in Sterling.
A public open house will be held on Wednesday, March 13 from 3-6 p.m. Visitors will have the opportunity to meet the therapists, tour the new facility, and learn more about the services offered in Dixon. Refreshments will be available.
Under the direction of physical therapist, Nolan Wolfe, PT, DPT, the CGH Dixon Rehab Services clinic works closely with patients to create individualized plans that blend health education, supervised clinic exercise, and at-home practice to ensure maximum recovery. Whether for sport, work or geriatric care, our team provides targeted physical therapy programs, including: pre/post-surgical rehabilitation, neurological rehabilitation, orthopedic rehabilitation, work conditioning, sport injury rehabilitation, pain management and more.
