STERLING, IL (May 3, 2021) CGH Medical Center has a COVID-19 Vaccine Walk-In Clinic – Tuesday, May 4 at CGH Medical Center, 100 E. LeFevre Road, Sterling, from 3 pm to 7 pm. This is the Pfizer vaccine, and the only requirement is you must be at least 16 years of age and either live or work in the state of Illinois. You can walk in or sign up below.
