CGH Fulton Medical Center Grand Opening to be Held on Thursday, January 16, 4 pm – 6 pm

Please join us for our new CGH Fulton Medical Center Grand Opening event on Thursday, January 16 from 4 to 6 pm.
The 2500-square foot clinic is located at 1130 17th Street, Suite B in Fulton, Illinois. Providers at the new clinic include Lynne Coffey, FNP and Kimberly Teats-Garrison, PA-C. They began seeing patients at the new location on Monday, December 9.
“On behalf of CGH, we welcome the community to our newest family practice and walk-in clinic in Fulton,” said Shane Brown, CGH VP Physician Services and Clinics. “Our staff looks forward to showing off their new space and providing excellent care for our patients.”
There will be tours of the facility, a chance to meet the providers, and refreshments. The public is welcome.
