Purpose, Worthwhile Work, Making a Difference!
Michelle is a great example of CGH Standards of Behavior. She is a real go-getter! She is always the first one asking co-workers what can I do or how can I help? Michelle consistently offers to work extra shifts and to stay over shifts to make sure patients are taken care of. She always treats patients and her co-workers with respect and kindness no matter how busy the day gets. Michelle is a true asset to our Respiratory department and to CGH Medical Center!
