Access Your Healthcare - Anytime, Anywhere

At CGH, we work around the clock to meet your healthcare needs, and we now offer access to your health information 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The online portal My Access provides a convenient and secure way for you to obtain valuable information related to your healthcare.

With My Access, you can:

• Make appointments and view upcoming appointments
• Review lab results and your immunization history
• Request medication refills
• Pay bills online

In addition, you can sign up to receive email appointment reminders, billing notifications, and notification when lab results are available in
your online account. You can also sign up for text message appointment reminders.

To protect your privacy, you need to sign up for this service in person with a photo ID. Come to the CGH Main Clinic business office at 101 East Miller Road in Sterling or to the reception area at one of our CGH satellite facilities.
