For moms in their second and third trimesters of pregnancy and their coaches. These classes focus on the physiological changes during pregnancy, fetal development, and the labor and delivery process. Cesarean section is discussed. These four-part classes begin on the first Wednesday of the month (January through July) and continue for the next three Wednesdays. The classes are from 7:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. No charge. Daytime prenatal classes are available monthly on a specific Saturday from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. with lunch break.
