In late August, a patient was mistakenly taken to the clinic instead of the Emergency Department. Keith immediately recognized that something was wrong, confirmed that the patient was in the wrong place and wasted no time getting him to the ED.
Keith is caring and competent. He is always on top of his game. He has a genuine smile for all the patients and staff. He knows most of the patients by name and with the elderly nursing home patients he remembers where they reside and makes sure they get on the correct bus to go back. He speaks to every person who crosses into CGH, young and old. He has umbrellas for the patients when it rains. In the winter he walks our patients to their car so they do not slip. Every day he sanitizes the wheelchairs so they are fresh for the patients. He is a great man who truly cares about his fellow man.
