By analyzing data obtained from measuring your metabolic rate, we can now diagnose the cause of your weight problem.
 Your body consumes a fixed amount of oxygen per calorie burned. Through metabolic testing, we can now measure the amount of oxygen your body is consuming. Based on the measured oxygen consumption rate, we can calculate your Resting Energy Expenditure (REE). Or, in other words, the EXACT amount of calories that you are burning. We can tell you precisely how much you burn all day, every day.
Armed with this information, we can calculate your Target Caloric Zones. Your zones show you how to eat the MAXIMUM amount of food and still lose weight. Your body will be healthy, happy, and satisfied!
