The CGH Family Clinics are a network of Primary Care practices located in Sterling and the surrounding area. Two locations are located right here in Sterling Rock Falls, the CGH Family Practice Center, and the CGH Professional Building.  Outlying clinics are also available  in Milledgville, Polo, Prophetstown, Tampico and Walnut.  Each clinic is devoted to offering family members of all ages high-quality healthcare that’s just around the corner from wherever you live.

Services include acute illness care, immunizations, cholesterol and glucose screenings, diabetes care, hypertension treatment, Pap smears, obstetrics, neonatal, and pregnancy care, pediatric care, geriatric, nursing home care, bone density screenings and EKGs.
