Gowda, MD (MBBS) is a board certified Pain Management, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation specialist with over 11 years of Pain Management experience. In Pain Management, we offer interventions for back- and spine-related pain. Some of the services we provide include the following: lumbar epidural steroid injections, facet joint injections, and radiofrequency ablation of facets. Other interventions for sciatic pain may include injection of the sacroiliac joint or piriformis/peri-sciatic muscle. We also perform diagnostic EMG/nerve conduction studies.
