Ways of Giving

ANNUAL APPEAL
Gifts by cash or check are the easiest and most direct way to support our community health programs. The Annual Appeal supports various projects each year, beginning in May and concluding in November.

MEMORIAL AND HONOR GIFTS
CGH Health Foundation gratefully receives gifts in memory or in honor of a loved one or friend. Contributions can be unrestricted or given to the fund of your choice.

SECURITIES
You can magnify your support for CGH by giving stocks or assets that have (a) gone up in value and (b) been owned by you for more than 12 months.

BEQUESTS/TRUSTS
There are several ways to benefit CGH beyond your lifetime. Bequests are the simplest, by either specifying in your will a dollar amount or percentage of your estate, indicating which assets are to be gifted or designating the remainder of your estate to the CGH Health Foundation. A charitable remainder trust can also be set up in your will to provide income to a spouse, child or other individual.
