and satisfying life. Our program focuses on managing diet and activity, monitoring
blood glucose levels, and providing education as the cornerstones of controlling
this disease. Diabetes education is a continuous process. Whether you have been
newly diagnosed or have been living with the disease for years, an individualized
consultation can help you achieve better management and more independence. Education
is powerful. The more you know about your diabetes the better you will be able

A free support group meets the fourth Monday of each month at 6:30 pm. The support group meets in the Ryberg Auditorium at
